MEET OUR NEW TRUSTEES – AYOBAMI, CONSOLATA & DAMI!

Ayobami is a Senior Account Executive at an international medical education company. Following her undergraduate (Biomedical Sciences) and postgraduate studies (Infection & Immunity), she became increasingly passionate about international global health and is keen to empower young women, like herself who have a passion for STEM. She is Commonwealth Youth Peace Ambassador and Researcher at Polygeia (an organisation which provides young people with international opportunities to engage Global Health research and policymaking.

Consolata is an experienced project management professional, currently working in Higher Education on a transformation and change programme to deliver better services across the institution. Prior to the Higher Education sector, she previously worked in a policy environment focused on project delivery for a UK Government Body working in skills and employment policy. 

Beyond project management, Consolata comes with a broad range of skills including stakeholder management, event delivery, committee governance, risk management and business continuity. 

Outside her professional interests, Consolata is committed to social mobility, widening participation and working to support great social causes including empowering more young people and increasing community cohesion and engagement, such as being involved in the local residents Regeneration Panel for the London Borough of Harrow.

Consolata is excited to join the Luton Lights Trustee Board to support the mission to inspire and  empower more young women from Luton. 

Dami is a financial services professional with a solid working knowledge of commercial and business strategies and international exposure gained from The Netherlands, Jordan and China. She is an academic with a degree in Financial Economics and a Certificate in Investment Operations from Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment (CISI). Keen interest in AI (artificial intelligence) and in analytical and consultant roles within banking. She has participated in Uprising’s Leadership development programme and Arrival Education’s 10-month ‘Leading with Purpose’ mentoring programme with Skanska UK.
